好消息！加拿大政府在10月2日宣布，持有3月18日後核發的學生簽證國際生，自10月20日起，將被有條件式的允許入境加拿大，目前公告的放行條件包括就讀學校需：

1. 為DLIs（Designated Learning Institutions）學校
2. 有完備防疫計畫
